Welcome to the Cottonwood Public Library!

After completing this form, you can use your temporary library card number to place up to two items on hold and check out two ebooks or e-audiobooks from Overdrive/Libby and have access to Kanopy, our online movie streaming service. To make your card permanent, visit the Cottonwood Library within 90 days and bring your photo ID with a local address or a photo ID and proof of residency.
